LCG-2 Architecture

In this section the architecture of the LCG grid middleware will be outlined. Specifically, the discussion will be focussed on the components of the middleware, the services provided by each component and there will be a brief introduction to the relevant user commands (where applicable). Note that this is only a summary of the LCG middleware and it's use. For more detailed information, the reader is referred to the following document.
