Large Hadron Collider (LHC) Computing Grid

The High Energy Physics group at The University of Melbourne is part of the global ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) being built at CERN. The group's contribution to this experiment includes the design and construction of the detectors in addition to the provision of computing (LCG grid) resources.

This section of the site aims to provide information on the LCG middleware architecture, deployment, usage and all other LCG grid activities.
